Radheya Agritech Producer Company Limited

We are over here in Old Jalna, specifically at Kasba, right near Cts.No.9372. Most of us grew up around here and saw how farming goes through its ups and downs every year. So, we started Radheya Agritech Producer Company Limited to handle things a bit better ourselves. It’s mostly about getting the crops sorted and making sure the local farmers have what they need without going too far into the city. We spend a lot of time out in the fields or just sitting in the small office we have here in Jalna. It’s not a fancy setup with glass windows or anything. We deal with the seeds, the harvests, and the paperwork that comes with it. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, but that’s just how it goes in Maharashtra. People stop by the office to talk about their yields or just to see what the market price is looking like today. We try to keep things moving. There’s always someone at the Kasba location if you need to drop off something or ask about the current stock. It gets dusty and loud with the tractors moving around, but we’re used to it by now. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that, just a few of us trying to keep the business running smoothly for everyone involved in the group. It’s hard work, and the days are long, especially during the harvest season. That’s pretty much us in a nutshell.
