Our company, R K Jadhav Agro Producer Company Limited, is located in the village of Butegaon. That’s in the Badnapur area of Jalna district. You can find us at House Number 113. It’s just a small place where we handle the business side of our farming. We’re not a big corporation with fancy offices. We’re just guys from the village who work the land. The town of Badnapur isn't too far, but we stay pretty busy right here in Butegaon 431202. We decided to set this up so we could have a bit more control over how we sell our crops. Farming is tough enough as it is, so sticking together makes sense. We don't have any professional managers; it's just the same people you see out in the fields every day. We talk about the weather, the seeds, and how to keep things running. It’s a very local operation. If you come by the house, you’ll probably find someone drinking tea and looking over some ledgers. We don't do much advertising because everyone around here already knows who we are. We just want to do our work and look after our families. It’s a simple life, and this company is just a tool to help us stay independent. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make a living. It’s hard work, but we are used to it.
