You can find us at the post of Nalani Bk in the Bhokardan taluka. We are currently working out of Sumitra Bai’s place. It’s a local setup for Purneshwar Farmers Producer Company Limited. Since we are a group of farmers, we don't really have a big glass office in the city. We mostly meet up at the house to talk about the crops and how the season is going. It's a very simple way of doing things. We handle all the records and the planning for our group right there. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to get much done, or the phone signal is a bit weak, but we manage. We aren't trying to look like a big corporation because we aren't one. We are just people from the village who wanted to work together to get better results from our land. It involves a lot of sitting around and discussing things over tea. We don't have any professional writers to do this for us, so this is just us telling you how it is. It’s a lot of manual labor during the day and then sitting down for meetings in the evening. We don't use any fancy language. We just focus on the soil, the seeds, and making sure everyone in the group is doing okay. It’s honest work and keeps us very busy most of the year. There is always something that needs to be done.
