Our little group is located at Postbondhalapuri in the Ghansawangi area of Jalna. We set things up at Dhondiba Yadaji Unde’s place. It’s a quiet spot, and most people here are busy with their own land every day. We called it Parvatibai Dhondiram Unde Producer Company Limited to honor our roots. Mostly, we just talk about what seeds to buy or how to handle the harvest when it comes all at once. Jalna can be quite hot, and the soil needs a lot of care. We are not some big corporation from the city; we are just neighbors who live down the road from each other. Sometimes the meetings are just us standing around outside the house talking about the price of fertilizer. We started this because doing everything alone was getting too expensive and complicated. Now we share the load a bit more. It is not always organized perfectly, and we have a lot to learn about the business side of things, but we are getting there. Most of us have been working the dirt since we were kids. This company is just another way to keep the farms going. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do. If you pass through Bondhalapuri, you’ll see us working the fields or sitting under a tree during the afternoon heat. It's just a regular part of life for us here.
