We are Pande & Sons Agritech Farmer Producer Company Limited. Our office is set up at Dattu Shanfad Janjal’s house, number 12, in Dagdwadi. That’s in the Bhokardan taluka of the Jalna district. 431114 is our pin code. It’s a small village, so most people around here already know where to find us. We’re not a big corporation with fancy offices in the big city. We’re just a bunch of local guys from Dagdwadi. We started this agritech company to help manage our farming work in a better way. It’s mostly about coordinating between all the sons and the other farmers who are part of our group. We spend a lot of time just talking things through and making sure the supplies are ready when they need to be. Being in Bhokardan means we’re right in the middle of everything we do. We don't have a PR team or any of that stuff. We just write down what we do and try to keep the books straight so there are no problems. If you come by the house, you’ll likely see us working on the accounts or planning the next season’s crops. It’s simple, honest work. We grew up here and we plan on staying here for a long time. The agritech part of the name just means we're trying to be a bit more modern with how we do things. It's not always perfect, but we're learning as we go.
