Pabal Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited is located at House Number 01 in Modhabk, Tq Sillod. We are right here in the Aurangabad district, working with the farmers in our immediate neighborhood. The company started because we needed a better way to handle the logistics of our harvests. Our office is a very basic setup in the village. There is no receptionist or fancy furniture to sit on. It is just a place to keep the registers and meet up when the day’s work is done. We handle all sorts of local produce, from maize to cotton, depending on what the season brings. Running this place is a lot of responsibility, and we are still getting the hang of all the rules. We do all the sorting and grading ourselves to make sure things are done right before they leave. It is often a long day, starting before the sun is up and finishing late at night when the trucks are gone. We do not have any big investors or a marketing budget to speak of. We just have our hands and the land we work on. Sometimes the prices in the market are low and it is discouraging, but we stay together and try again. It is just a group of us from Modhabk trying to make things work. We are plain people doing plain work, and that is enough for us.
