Omraj Bhore Agro Producer Company Limited is located at At. H.No. 25, Boritq. Ambad, Dist. Jalna 431204. This company is a small group of us from the Bori area who wanted to do things differently. We were tired of the old ways of selling our crops where we didn't have any say in the price or the process. Now that we have this company, we feel a bit more in control of our own work. It is based right out of a home because we don't need a fancy office to do our business. Most of the real work happens outside in the fields anyway. We talk to the farmers in Ambad about what they are growing and how we can help each other get the goods to the market. Jalna can be a very dry place, so we have to be very careful with how we manage our seeds and our resources. We share what we know about the soil and the water with anyone in our group. It’s a lot of meetings in the evening after the sun goes down and the field work is finally done. We are just regular people trying to make a living from the land we know. We don't have a lot of money for advertising or anything like that. We just rely on our neighbors and the quality of the work we do. It’s an honest way to live and we hope to keep doing it for a long time.
