It is a bit crowded sometimes when everyone shows up at the same time to discuss the seeds or the prices. We try to keep things organized, but it is a lot of work for a small team. Most of us are out in the fields for the better part of the day, so the office work happens in the evenings or early mornings. We don't go in for big marketing or anything like that. We just want to make sure the crops get sold and we have enough to start the next season. It’s a simple setup. We are neighbors and friends working together.
