Mohitepatil Agro Producer Company Limited

We are located over here at Sarjerao Vithoba's place in Pimpalgaon, which is in the Bhokardan area of Jalna. Most of us around here have been farming for as long as we can remember. It is just what we do. Mohitepatil Agro Producer Company Limited came about because a bunch of us realized that doing things alone was getting harder every year. We spend most of our mornings out in the fields checking the crops and talking about the weather. It hasn't been easy with the way the rain has been lately, but we manage. People stop by the office to talk about seeds or just to see how the harvest is looking. It’s not a big fancy operation. We mostly use the space we have to organize what we grow. Jalna gets pretty hot in the summer, so we try to get most of the heavy work done early. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, especially for those of us who would rather be outside with the soil. But we keep at it because the crops won’t wait. We have been working together for a while now, trying to figure out the best way to get our produce to the market without losing too much money. It’s a lot of trial and error. Some days are good, some are frustrating. We just show up and do what needs doing every single day. That is pretty much the story of how we run things here.
