Mangalresha Farmer Producer Company is located at House Number 479 in Balaji Galli. That is right in Partur, in the 431501 area. It is a busy little street with a lot of people moving around. Our office is just a small part of the building there. It is not fancy at all. We have some shelves for papers and a couple of old fans that make a lot of noise. We are just local people from the Partur area who wanted to do something together as farmers. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just talk to the people we know. Every morning, there is a bit of a rush when people come in to talk about the day’s work. We handle a lot of different crops depending on the season. Sometimes it is very chaotic in the office, especially when we are trying to get the transport sorted out. We do not have a polished way of doing things. We just do what works. We make mistakes sometimes, but we fix them and move on. It is a real business run by real people who live right here in the neighborhood. We are not trying to impress anyone with big offices. We just want to get the work done and make sure everyone gets their fair share at the end of the day. That is how we have always done it.
