Manaswi Agritech Farmers Producercompany Limited

We are in Dhoblewadi, Jalna. Our office is at Shri Devidas Vithoba Sose’s place. It's a rural area in Ghansawangi. We started Manaswi Agritech Farmers Producercompany Limited to handle farm work together. Farming around here is tough sometimes with the weather and markets. We mostly work with local farmers in this part of Jalna. It is not a big fancy office or anything. Just some people trying to figure out the best way to manage our crops and get better tools. My family has been here for a long time. Most of us know each other around these parts. We talk about seeds, water, and how to sell what we grow. It's just a group effort. Living in 431203 means we are quite far from the big cities. We deal with what we have on the ground. Devidas helps keep things organized here. There’s always someone coming by to ask about agricultural stuff or share some news. It’s practical work. We aren't doing anything flashy. Just the daily grind of making sure the agritech side of things actually helps the guys in the fields. It takes a lot of patience. We hope to keep things moving forward for the village. It is what it is, just hard work and coordination among neighbors. We keep it simple and stay focused on the soil. There are some days when things don't go right, but that's just part of the job here. We sit around, have some tea, and try to find a solution for the next season.
