Laxmidev Farmer Producer Company Limited is based at House Number 1286 in the village of Bharad. This is in the Sillod taluka of Aurangabad district. We are a group of local farmers who decided to team up. The village of Bharad is a quiet place, but we stay busy with our fields throughout the year. Our office is just a house in the village where we gather to manage the business side of our farming. We handle things like seeds, tools, and getting the harvest ready for sale. Most of us grew up here and have been working the soil since we were kids. We don't have a marketing department or a sales team. We just have our hands and our knowledge of the land. When you come to house 1286, you'll probably find a few of us sitting around discussing the weather or the crop prices in Sillod. It's a very straightforward operation. We don't use big words or have complicated systems. We just write things down in our registers and try to make sure every farmer in our group gets what they need. It's a hard life sometimes, but doing it as a company makes it a bit easier to handle the big stuff. We are just simple people from Bharad trying to look after our own interests and our families. There is always someone at the house if there are questions about the season or the supplies we are sharing.
