We started Laayba Farmer Producer Company Limited because people around Nagzari needed a better way to handle their crops. Our office is at Agitkha Yashinkha Pathan’s place here in the Ambad area of Jalna. It’s a quiet spot, but there’s always something going on with the local harvests. We aren't some big city firm. Most of us grew up right here, watching the seasons change and dealing with the usual farming headaches. The idea was just to get together and see if we could make the work a bit easier for everyone involved. We spend a lot of time talking to neighbors about what they’re growing this year. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, but we just keep at it. Our address is at Post Nagzari, and it’s basically where we do all our planning. It’s not fancy, just a room where we can sit and figure out the logistics of getting goods moved. We’ve been focusing on what the farmers actually need instead of what looks good on paper. It takes a lot of effort to coordinate everything, but we don't mind the long hours. The community here is close-knit, so word travels fast when things are happening. We just want to keep the local produce moving and help the folks around Ambad get a fair shake. It’s hard work, but it feels right doing it here at home.
