Kshirsagar Hi-Tech Producer Company Limited is based out of house number 222 in Kadwanchi, which is in the Jalna district. Kadwanchi is a place people talk about when it comes to good grape farming and smart water use. We chose the name "Hi-Tech" because we try to use modern methods to save water and grow good fruit, but we are still just local farmers at heart. Our office is a plain, small room in the village where we keep our books and meet to discuss the season. Jalna can be very dry, so most of our time is spent talking about the weather and our wells. We don't have a professional office staff or a fancy reception area. If the door is open, you can just walk in. We help our members get the right supplies and find buyers who will pay a decent price for our grapes. It’s a lot of work, and sometimes things get a bit messy with all the paperwork, but we get it done. We’ve all grown up in this village, so we know the land better than anyone. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation. We just want to keep our farms productive and our community strong. There’s no marketing talk here, just real talk about the crops and the challenges we face every day. It’s a simple life, but it’s what we know and what we do.
