Krushishakti Hitech Agro Producer Company Limited is located at House Number 58 in Takli Kh Poupali, which is in the Sillod taluka. Even though the name says "Hitech," we are still very much a local village company. We operate out of a regular house because that’s where we are comfortable. Farming is changing, and we wanted to keep up with new ways of doing things, so that’s why we formed this group. It’s not about having robots or anything like that. It’s just about using better seeds or tools and working together as a team. Most of the people involved are just neighbors from around Takli. We spend a lot of time talking about the weather and the soil, like everyone else here. It’s practical, everyday stuff. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with big offices. We just want to make sure our crops are strong and that we can support our community in Sillod. Sometimes we stay late at the house just to finish up the paperwork. It’s a bit of a grind, but it’s worth it when the harvest comes in. We’re just a bunch of people trying to do something good for our farms. It’s a simple life, and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and do the work because the land doesn't wait for anyone. It is hard work but it is ours.
