Krushisai Vikas Farmer Producer Company Limited is based over at 176 Rajurbhokardan in Jalna, specifically in the Rajur area. We are a local group, mostly made up of people who have been farming this land for as long as we can remember. We decided to start this company because it makes more sense to handle the business side of things together. Our office isn’t much to look at, just a practical space where we can sit down and look at the numbers. Rajur is a good place for us, and being right on the Rajurbhokardan road makes it convenient for the members to stop by. We don't have any polished corporate speeches. We just talk about the things that matter to us, like the quality of the soil and what the market is paying this month. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, and sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming when everyone is busy in the fields. But we just take it one day at a time. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to do right by the farmers who are part of our group. It's a very hands-on job. You won't find us in suits; we're usually in our everyday clothes, probably with a bit of dust on our shoes from the road. That’s just how it is for us here in Jalna, and we’re fine with that.
