Krushijanani Mahila Hi-Tech Producer Company Limited is based in Vizora, which is in the Bhokardan taluka of Jalna district. We operate out of House Number 158. This is a company run by women from our local village. We live here and we work the land here every day. We called it hi-tech because we want to try new ways of farming, but we are still just local farmers at heart. Our setup is very modest. We meet at the house to discuss our plans for the next season. It’s a lot of talk about seeds, fertilizers, and how to get our produce to the market without losing money. Being in Jalna, we have to deal with whatever the weather throws at us. Working as a group helps us stay on our feet. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or fancy offices. We just want to make sure our work pays off. Everyone in the group has their own chores at home and in the fields, but we make time for the company because it is important for our future. You won't find any corporate jargon here. We just speak plainly about what we need and how we can help each other. Vizora is our home, and we are proud to be working together as women to keep our farms running. It’s a simple, honest life and we just take it one day at a time. It is a big responsibility but we are ready for it.
