We are over here at House Number 274 in Shri Krushna Nagarjamwadi. Most of us around here have been farming for a long time, just like our fathers and grandfathers did. Kisanraj Krushivikas Producer Company Limited started because a bunch of us realized it’s a lot easier to get things done when you aren’t working all alone. Farming is hard work, and the weather around 431203 doesn't always play nice. Some days are good, some are just plain frustrating when the rain doesn't show up. We spend a lot of time out in the fields, checking the crops and hoping for the best. Our group is mostly just neighbors and local people from this area. We don't have a big fancy office with air conditioning or anything like that. It’s mostly just us talking under a tree or at someone’s house about what seeds are working or how to fix a broken tractor. We handle the paperwork ourselves, which can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but it’s just part of the job. People know where to find us if they need to talk about farming. We are just trying to make a living and keep the land healthy for the next generation. It’s not about getting rich, it’s about making sure the village does okay. We all know each other’s families and help out when someone gets stuck. That’s just how things go in Jamwadi. We keep things simple and try to do right by the land we work on.
