Our place is over at the Mahyco Research Centre on the Jalna-Aurangabad Road. We are at Po Box #76 in Dawalwadi, Jalna. The company is Kisano Nursery Innovations Private Limited. We spend our days working with plants and seeds. It is a lot of dirt under the fingernails and walking through greenhouses. Being on the road between Jalna and Aurangabad means we get a lot of people passing through. We are not a typical corporate office with glass walls. Our walls are mostly plastic sheets or brick. We try new things with how we grow stuff. Sometimes it works and sometimes it does not. That is just how it goes with nursery work. The sun can be really hot out here in Dawalwadi, so we drink a lot of water. We do not have a marketing department. If people like what we grow, they tell their neighbors. We use the Mahyco research space because it is convenient for the technical side of things. Our pin code is 431203. It is a lot of waiting for things to sprout and then making sure they do not die. We just like plants. There is not much more to it than that. We stay busy from morning till night. It is a quiet life for the most part, just us and the rows of green. We keep things simple.
