Khadeshwar Farmer Producer Company Limited

We've been working out here in Chincholi for a while now. It's a small place near Bhokardan. Being a farmer producer company basically means we're a group of local folks trying to figure out a good way to handle our crops. It's not always easy with the weather and the market prices shifting all the time. Our office is right here in the village. We mostly deal with what the land gives us. People around here know us. We aren't some big city firm with shiny offices and fancy suits. It’s mostly just boots on the ground and talking to neighbors over tea. We spend a lot of time out in the fields or at the storage shed checking on things. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much but we manage. Jalna can be tough during the summer months when water is low. We try to keep things simple and honest. If you're coming down this way toward Walsa Khalsa, you'll find us. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the name on the wall. Mostly, we're just focused on making sure the harvest gets where it needs to go without too much fuss. It's quiet work but it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. Some days are better than others. That's just how farming life goes in this part of Maharashtra. We’re just glad to be working our own land and helping each other out.
