Keshavraj Agro Producer Company Limited

Keshavraj Agro is located in Shivni, which is in the Jalna district. We are based at Udhav Asaram Khedkar’s place. It’s a regular house in the village where we’ve set up our home base for the farmer producer company. Being in Jalna, we deal with a lot of the same challenges as our neighbors—market prices and the weather being the main ones. We aren't a big corporation with fancy offices. We just have some chairs and a table where we keep the records for the group. We spend our days talking to the local growers and figuring out how to manage the current season's yield. It’s a community effort. We named it Keshavraj because it felt right for our local area. We don’t have a big staff. It’s mostly just a few of us handling the day-to-day stuff. You might find us outside talking to a driver or checking on some bags of produce. We don’t use any complicated business speak. We just say things as they are. If a crop is bad, we talk about it. If the prices are low, we figure out what to do next. It’s a very hands-on way of working. We’ve been part of this village for a long time, so people know where to find us if they need help with their agricultural paperwork or selling their goods.
