K. S. Yewale Agro Producer Company Limited is based out at Gut No 57 in the village of Banegaon. This place is in the Ghansawangi area, part of the Jalna district. Since we are at a Gut number, it means the office is right out on the farm land instead of being in the middle of a big city. It is a very rural spot where the primary thing you notice is the crops and the tractors moving around. We started this because we are all involved in the local agriculture here and it made sense to have an official company for our work. The office itself is just a basic building on the property where we keep our tools and some desks. It gets pretty dusty when the wind blows across the fields, and it is definitely not a fancy corporate environment. Most days are spent checking on how the plants are growing or making sure the supplies come in when they are supposed to. Banegaon is a quiet place, and the people working here are mostly from the nearby families. There aren't many strict rules or a complicated handbook for us to follow. We just know what needs doing each morning and we head out to get it finished. It is honest and plain work. We are just trying to keep the business going slowly and keep things as real as possible.
