Jijau Vandana Agro Producer Company Limited

We are located at Gat Number 360 in Banegaon. That’s in the Ghansawangi area of Jalna. The company started because a few of us felt we could do more if we joined up. We aren't businessmen in suits, just farmers who know the soil in this part of Jalna. Most of our work happens right there in the fields or at the storage site. We handle the local crops and try to make sure everything is sorted properly. It gets very busy during the harvest months, and we often work late into the night. We don't have any fancy mission statements or slogans. We just want to make sure the work gets done and the crops are sold. Sometimes the machinery breaks or the rain comes at the wrong time, but that’s just part of the life we chose. We spend a lot of time talking to other farmers in the village about what they are growing. It feels more like a big family than a company sometimes. There are always people coming and going from Gat No. 360. We keep our records in a simple way and try to stay on top of the rules. At the end of the day, Jijau Vandana Agro Producer Company Limited is just us doing our jobs the best way we know how. It’s hard work, but we are used to it and wouldn't really know what else to do with our time anyway.
