We are just a bunch of farmers from around Jafarabad who decided to get together as Jeewandata Farmer Producer Company Limited. Our spot is at Gut No .39 in Mhasrul, right here in the Jalna district. It’s not a big fancy office or anything, just a place where we meet up to figure out our crops and how to get things moving. Most days you’ll find some of us sitting around talking about the weather or the price of seeds because that's what matters to us. We’ve been working these lands for a long time, and we thought it made sense to handle things ourselves instead of always waiting on someone else to help. It’s hard work, especially when the rains don’t come when they’re supposed to, but having this company helps us stay a bit more organized. We don't really have a big team of experts, just local folks who know the dirt and the seasons. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit confusing, but we manage. If you’re passing through Jafarabad and head towards Mhasrul, you’ll likely see some of us out in the fields. We just want to make sure the work we do pays off for our families. It’s about sticking together and making sure the farming life in Jalna stays alive. We’re just regular people trying to do right by our land and each other. No big secrets here, just the daily grind of a farmer-run group.
