Jaybhagwan Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited is based in Manepuri. We operate care of Ramprasad Uttam Wagh in the Ghansawangi area. It is a very local operation, centered around the farmers in our immediate community. We do not have a big corporate office or anything like that. Our base is just a regular place in the village where we gather to talk about the crops and how the business is going. Being a producer company means we spend a lot of time working together as a group. It is not always easy to get everyone to agree, but we manage to make it work. Ghansawangi is where we live and work, so we care about what happens to the land here. We do not use any big words or marketing tricks. We are just farmers and workers trying to make things a bit better for ourselves and our neighbors. You will usually find Ramprasad or one of the other members around if you have a question. We handle all the administrative stuff right from Manepuri. It involves a lot of manual record-keeping and staying in constant touch with the local market. Sometimes the roads are in bad shape or the power goes out, but we just keep going anyway. We do not really think of ourselves as a big company in the traditional sense. We are just a group of people from the village working together under the name Jaybhagwan.
