Jaibhadra Farmtech Producer Companylimited is located in Dahalgaon, which is in the Ghansawangi taluka of Jalna. We use Shri Muke Dhondiba Bhaurao’s house, Number 39, as our main office. It’s just a regular house in a regular village. We aren't a big business with a lot of money. We are just a group of farmers who live around Dahalgaon and decided to work as a team. Jalna is where we grew up, and we know these fields better than anything else. The office doesn't have any computers or fancy furniture. It’s just a place where we sit down and try to work out the logistics of the harvest. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything promotional. We just want to get the best seeds and make sure our crops reach the market in good condition. The work is tiring and there’s always something that needs fixing. Sometimes the rain doesn't come when it should, or the prices in the market drop for no reason. We just take it as it comes. It’s not a polished operation, and we probably make some mistakes with the paperwork, but we’re doing our best for the village. Most of our neighbors are part of this 431005 group, so it feels more like a big family than a company. We just keep working hard and hope for a good season every year so we can keep going.
