Hrjb Agro Producer Company Limited is located at Plot Number 41 in Samarth Nagar, right off Ambad Road in Jalna. Being near the main road makes it easier for us to move things in and out. It’s a straightforward operation. We don't have a lobby with a receptionist or any of that corporate stuff. It’s just a room where we sit down and figure out the farming logistics. Jalna is a busy place and being on Ambad Road means we see a lot of traffic, but our focus is always on the land. We started this company to help ourselves and the other farmers we know. Farming is a tough way to make a living, and it helps to have a central spot to organize. We spend our mornings talking to suppliers and our afternoons checking on the crops. Sometimes we just sit and talk about the prices of seeds or how the last harvest went. It's a very grounded way of living. We don't use big words to describe what we do because we’re just people from the area doing our jobs. The office is a place for practical work, not for showing off. We keep our records in order and try to plan as best as we can for the next season. It’s just a small group of us trying to keep the business running smoothly here in Jalna. We just do what needs to be done every day to keep going.
