We are located in Kandari, which is over in the Jalna district. Specifically, we’re at House Number 70. This is the Gh.Sawangi sub-division area. It’s a small village setup. We started this farmer company because we saw a need for it in our neighborhood. We aren't some big city firm. Most of the people involved are just local farmers who have lived here their whole lives. Our office is basically a room in the house where we keep the paperwork. People drop by whenever they have a question or need to discuss the upcoming season. Jalna is known for certain crops, and we try to stay on top of how the market is moving for those. It’s not always easy, and sometimes we run into problems with the paperwork or the logistics. But we just deal with it as it comes. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We just talk to people face to face. If you come by, you’ll probably find us drinking tea and looking over some documents. It’s a very relaxed environment, but the work is serious for us. We just want to make sure the farmers in Kandari have a way to pool their resources. It’s honest work. We don’t use a lot of big words or have a "vision" statement. We just work together and try to make things go smoothly for the season.
