Ganadishyaa Farmer Producer Company Limited is located in the village of Chandai Ecko. We are over in the Bhokardan taluka of Jalna. If you need to find us, we are at Ramdas Dyandeo’s place. Like most farmer groups around here, we started this to have a bit more control over how we sell our crops. It’s a small operation. We don't have fancy logos on the walls or expensive suits. Usually, you’ll find us in our work clothes. The office is just a place to keep the books and meet when we need to make a decision. Life in Chandai Ecko revolves around the seasons. When it's harvest time, the office is empty because everyone is out working. When things slow down, we gather to talk about the next year. We handle the collective buying of things like seeds and tools to save a bit of money. It’s basic common sense, really. We don't try to sound like a big corporation because we aren't one. We are just neighbors working together. The paperwork can be a headache sometimes, but we help each other out with it. We just want to keep our farms going and make sure the next generation has something to work with. It's honest, quiet work, and we are fine with that. We just take things as they come and try to do right by the members and the village.
