Dilippatil Agro Producer Company Limited is located in a village called Bhandala, which is in the Ghansawangi Taluka of Jalna district. We are set up at the house of Shri Dilip Babanrao Surashe. It’s a very traditional setup, right in the middle of the community. We don't have a glass office building or anything like that; it’s just a home that doubles as our workspace. This makes it easy for local farmers to just walk in and talk to us whenever they need something. We are focused on the agro-business because that’s what everyone in Jalna knows. Most of us here have grown up on farms, so we understand the problems people face. Whether it’s about the crops or the market, we try to help out. The office can get a bit noisy with people coming and going, and sometimes we lose track of who was supposed to do what, but we always sort it out in the end. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words. We just want to make sure the work gets done and the produce moves. Living and working in Bhandala is quiet for the most part, except for when the harvest starts. Then it’s all hands on deck. We are just a local group trying to make things a bit easier for the farmers around here.
