Dholeshwar Farmers Producer Company Limited is found at 18 Kaudgaonroad in the village of Kaudgaon. We are located at the place of Madhukar Maruti Athare, near the Devrai post office. Kaudgaon is a small place, and the road can get quite busy with tractors and motorcycles. Our office is right there on the road, so we see everyone who passes by. It is a very simple building with a few rooms for storage and a small area where we do our paperwork. We focus on helping the farmers around the Kaudgaon and Devrai areas. There is always a lot of talk about the crops and the local market prices. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want to make sure the people around here are getting a fair deal. The office can get a bit noisy when the traffic is heavy, and we often have to shout to be heard over the engines. We have a few benches outside where people can sit and wait if we are busy inside. It is a very down-to-earth operation, and we don't put on any airs. Sometimes we stay late into the evening if there is a lot of paperwork to catch up on, but usually, we close up when the sun goes down. It’s just a group of us working hard to keep things steady in our little corner of the world. We don't mind the long hours.
