We started this group because farming around Ghansawangi is hard work and we wanted to do things together. Our spot is right at G.No.180 in Devi Dahegaon. Mostly, it's just us local folks trying to handle the crops and the markets without getting lost in the shuffle. Jalna has its ways, the weather isn't always kind, so having a company like Devi Renuka Agro helps us stay organized. We aren't a big office with suits. It's more about the dirt and the seeds. People know us here. We deal with the day-to-day stuff that comes with running an agro business in a small place. Sometimes the paperwork gets messy but we manage. We’ve been here for a bit now, just focusing on what needs doing on the land. It’s practical work. If you come by the Dahegaon area, you’ll see where we work. It’s not fancy. Just a place where farmers can get their business sorted. We handle the produce, talk to the buyers, and try to make sure things go okay for everyone involved. It’s tough sometimes, but that’s just how it goes in Jalna. We just keep our heads down and work on the next harvest. No big secrets here, just a bunch of us working. It’s a lot of long hours in the sun, but that is what we are used to. We don't have a lot of time for fancy talk, just the work itself.
