We operate Devbappa Farmer Producer Company Limited from G. No. 179 in Mangrul. This is in the Sillod taluka area. It’s pretty much a rural setting, which makes sense because we are all about farming. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we manage the records and talk to the members. Most of us are from around here, so we know the land well. When the season changes, this place gets a lot busier with people coming in and out. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment in the office. Just the basics like chairs and a desk to get the administrative side of things handled. Mangrul is a small place, so word gets around fast. If there is a meeting, everyone knows to come to G. No. 179. We try to stay organized even when things get hectic during the sowing or harvest months. It’s a lot of coordination between the different families involved. We’ve been here for a bit now, and people know where to find us. It’s a straightforward setup. No marketing or big promises, just a group of us trying to manage the collective’s output from this spot in Sillod. It gets the job done for the farmers involved. We spend our time on the actual work rather than making the office look fancy. It works for us and the local community here in the village.
