Our office is actually at House Number 109 in Dhakephal. This is over in the Ghansawangi area of Jalna district. Most of us grew up right here, so we know the land pretty well. We started this company because we wanted to do things differently for our local farms. It’s not a huge operation with hundreds of employees. Usually, it's just a few of us sitting around a table deciding what needs to be done next. We deal with a lot of different crops depending on the time of year. Sometimes it's cotton, sometimes it's grains. The weather in Jalna can be tough, so we spend a lot of time worrying about the water. We handle the collecting of the harvest and try to find where it needs to go. There are a lot of small details to keep track of, like weights and quality. We don't use big words or have long meetings. We just meet at the house and get to work. People from the village stop by all the time to ask questions or just to see how things are going. It gets a bit crowded at the house during the busy months, but my family doesn't mind too much. We are just trying to build something that stays here in Dhakephal for the next generation.
