Bhikanpatel Agritech Farmer Producer Company Limited operates out of Ranjangaon Dandaga in the Paithan taluka. We are registered at Eijaj Ahmed Pathan’s place. Even though we have "Agritech" in our name, we are mostly focused on the basic stuff like better plowing and finding decent fertilizer. Aurangabad soil can be good if you treat it right. This company is just a way for us farmers in Ranjangaon to work together instead of competing. We don't have a shiny office with computers and air conditioning. It is just a house where we keep the bags of seeds and our ledgers. Eijaj handles a lot of the coordination because he knows everyone in the village. We talk about the weather and the prices over lunch. Most of us grew up here and we want to make sure our kids can keep farming if they want to. We try to find better ways to get our produce to the markets in Paithan or Aurangabad city. It’s not a fancy business. It’s just about survival and making sure the harvest doesn't go to waste. We share what we know about the pests and the water levels. If someone has a tractor, we try to make sure others can use it too. That’s how we do things here. We aren't looking to grow into a massive corporation, just to have a bit more stability for our families.
