Our group is based out of Old Jalna, specifically at Plot 15 in the Kashinath Nagar area. If you know the LS No. 415 or CT No 7339/A-56, you’ll find us pretty easily. It’s a local operation, Bhardi Agro Producer Company Limited, run by people who actually know what it’s like to work the soil. We started this because we needed a better way to manage our crops and get things to the market without so much hassle. It’s a simple setup we have here. We don't have those big polished desks or expensive signs. Most days, you’ll find someone sitting in the office dealing with the latest batch of seeds or talking to the other members about the harvest schedule. Jalna is a tough place to farm sometimes, with the weather always changing, so having this company helps us stay a bit more organized as a group. We focus on the basics. We don't try to be anything we aren't. It’s just a bunch of us from the neighborhood trying to make the agricultural work a bit more manageable. The building is just a regular spot in the neighborhood where we can meet and keep our records straight. It gets dusty, and the chairs are old, but it works for what we need. We've lived here a long time, so everyone knows where to find us if they have questions about the season or how to get involved. We keep a big calendar on the wall with all the important dates scribbled in pencil.
