Bharadi Vision Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out of Lilabai Misra’s place over at H No. 1565/1 in Sillod. We started this because the market prices were always all over the place and it felt like we were getting the short end of the stick. A few of us got together and decided to register this company so we could buy things in bulk and maybe sell our produce better. It’s not a fancy setup. You’ll usually find a few of us sitting on the porch talking about the soil or the price of fertilizer. Sillod is a good place but the farming can be tough if you’re on your own. We try to share what we know. If someone’s crop is doing well, we ask them what they did. We aren't experts, just farmers who have been doing this for years. Lilabai is kind enough to let us use the house as a base. Sometimes it’s noisy when everyone shows up at once. We don't have any big slogans or anything like that. We just want to make sure our kids can keep farming if they want to. It’s mostly about local support. Dealing with the government forms is a headache, but we help each other fill them out. We’re just trying to keep the farms running and the families fed. It’s simple work, really, even if it feels complicated sometimes and we get tired of the heat.
