Bhadange Patil Agro Producer Companylimited

Started out in Gokulwadi, right here in the Badnapur area of Jalna. Ganesh Pawar helped get things moving from his place. Most of us around here grow the same crops, dealing with the same hard soil and the way the sun beats down in the summer. We decided it made more sense to group up as Bhadange Patil Agro Producer Companylimited instead of everyone trying to figure things out on their own. It gets lonely farming sometimes, especially when the prices are all over the place or the transport doesn't show up. We mostly meet up near Ganesh's house to talk about what we're planting next. There isn't any fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just us, sitting in the shade, trying to figure out how to get our produce to the market without losing half the profit to some middleman. Sometimes the rain doesn't come when it's supposed to, and we all just stand there looking at the sky, wondering what is next. That is why this company started really. It was about making sure if one of us is having a bad season, the others can help out a bit. We are just local people from Jalna who know the land. It is not a big corporate thing, just a bunch of neighbors in Gokulwadi trying to make a living and keep the farms going for another year. It is hard work, but being together makes the days feel a bit shorter.
