The Bapusaheb Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out of Tirthpuri, which is a small place in the Ambad area of Jalna. We are located at Madhukar Narhari Udhan’s spot. This is basically just a bunch of us farmers who decided to join up so we could handle our business better. It’s not a big corporate thing. We spend most of our time out in the fields or dealing with the crops. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning. Usually, we just meet up and talk about what seeds we need or how the harvest is looking. Jalna can be a tough place for farming because the water isn't always reliable, but we do our best with what we have. We started this company because we wanted to have more control over our own work. Being a producer company means we can buy things in bulk and maybe get a better price when we sell our produce. It’s a lot of paperwork sometimes, which we aren't always great at, but we manage. We are just local people trying to make a living from the land. There’s no marketing team here. If you come by Tirthpuri, you’ll see us working just like everyone else. We value hard work and being honest with our neighbors. It’s a simple operation, really. We just want to keep farming and make sure our families are taken care of. That’s all there is to it.
