Bansode Agrotech Farmer Producer Company Limited is found at G. No. 113 in Karjattq, Ambad, which is part of the Jalna district. We’ve been working out of this location for some time now. Jalna is known for its agriculture, so we figured this was as good a place as any to set up our producer company. The work we do isn't very complicated, but it is necessary. We spend our days coordinating with local farmers and looking after the agrotech side of things. It’s mostly about making sure everyone has what they need to keep their farms running. Our space at G. No. 113 isn't anything special to look at, just a functional place where we can keep our tools and records. We don't have any fancy corporate culture or anything like that. We just show up, have some tea, and get to work. Sometimes the days are long, especially when there’s a lot of activity in the fields nearby. We know the local roads and the local people, and that’s how we like it. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to do a decent job for the folks in Ambad. If you're looking for us, we’re usually there in the middle of the day, probably dealing with some equipment or talking to a driver. It’s a slow and steady kind of life here, and we’re quite alright with that.
