Our business, Balo Nandini Crop Science Privatelimited, is situated at Plot No. 5 on Mantha Road. We’re in the Trimurti Nagar part of Jalna. It’s a good spot because it’s easy for people to find us when they’re coming into town. We spend our time looking into crop science, which sounds a bit technical, but for us, it’s just about understanding what makes the local plants grow better. Jalna is a big place for agriculture, so there’s always something to do. We have a simple office where we keep our samples and do our writing. It’s not a sterile lab or anything like that; it feels more like a workshop. Sometimes it’s a bit messy with bags of seeds or soil samples lying around, but we know where everything is. The people working here are all from around the area, so we understand the local climate and what the farmers are dealing with. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we know more than the people actually doing the planting. We just provide some extra knowledge and support from our little plot on Mantha Road. It’s a steady kind of work. We show up, we look at the crops, and we try to be useful to the farming community here in Trimurti Nagar.
