Balasaheb Gore Rural Farmers Producer Company Limited

Our group is based at Bharat Limbaji Padul’s place, which is at Gat No 187 in Bajiumrad. That is over in Jalna. We are just local farmers who put this company together to help each other out. It is named after Balasaheb Gore. We spend most of our time dealing with the usual rural stuff. The office is really just a room where we keep our records and meet up. There is a lot of back and forth between the different farms here. Jalna is known for its agriculture, and we are just one part of that. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. Most people know us by name anyway. We focus on getting the work done and making sure the crops are looked after. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate, but that's just how it goes. We started this because we realized that working together is better than trying to do everything on our own. It helps when buying supplies or trying to sell what we grow. It's not a fancy life. We keep things pretty straightforward and don't make things more complicated than they need to be. It is just about farming and making sure our families are okay.
