Our company, Balakrushna Farmer Producer Companylimited, is basically run out of House Number 42 in Bhardakheda. We are C/O Prakash Ambadas Baragajeh No 42, At Bhardakhedajalnajalna431202, which is why you’ll see his name on the address. It’s a small village in Jalna, and most of us here have known each other since we were kids. We started this because the individual farmers were having a hard time on their own. By coming together, we can manage the selling and buying a bit better. It’s not a fancy operation at all. Most of our meetings happen on the porch or in the front room of the house. We talk about the crops, the prices in the Jalna market, and how the rain has been lately. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in being a producer company, and we handle that as best as we can between our time in the fields. It’s a real community effort.
