This is Babaurao Nana Wagh Farmer Producer, located over in Hastpokhari. You can find us at Dhananjay Bhagwan Ghuge’s place. We are in the Ambad taluka of Jalna district. It’s a rural spot, and we are all pretty much farmers by trade. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls or anything. It's just a regular place where we meet up to figure out our farming plans. The group was named after Babaurao Nana Wagh, and we try to keep things grounded in the way people have always farmed around here. There is plenty of work to do with the crops, and being a producer company helps us stay organized. Jalna can be a tough place for farming when the water is low, so we talk a lot about how to manage that. We aren't experts in marketing, we just know how to grow things and how to look after the land. It’s a community thing. Most of the people you’ll see here have been working these fields for their whole lives. We don't spend much time on the computer, we're usually out where the work is happening. It’s a basic, honest way to run a business, and it works for the people in our village. We just want to keep the local farming traditions alive while helping each other get our products to the right places without too much trouble.
