Aukshan Farmer Producer Company Limited is based in Khandviwadi. We are located at House Number 208. This is in the Partur taluka of the Jalna district. We are just a collection of local farmers who wanted to do things a bit differently. Most of us have been working the soil in Jalna since we were young. We don't have a fancy office with a big sign. We just use the house in Khandviwadi for all our meetings and paperwork. Partur is the local town where we go for supplies, but our hearts are in the village. We don't use any marketing tricks or polished language. We are just honest people trying to make a living from farming. The work is very physical and we are often covered in dust by the end of the day. We don't have any big corporate goals. Our main focus is just getting through the season and making sure the crops are healthy. We talk about water, seeds, and the price of diesel every day. It is a very practical life. Sometimes we sit around house 208 and just talk about the old days while we plan for the next year. We aren't looking to become a huge company. We just want to stay in Khandviwadi and keep our farms going. It is a tough life sometimes, but it is our life and we wouldn't change it for anything.
