Asraai Farmer Producer Company Limited

Our little company is situated at house number 35 in Dongargaon, which is near Badnapur. We are just a bunch of locals who decided to team up a while back. Farming in this part of the region has its ups and downs, so having this producer company helps us stay a bit more organized than we were before. The office is just a regular house where we keep the ledgers and handle the memberships. We don't have any professional managers; it's just us farmers taking turns to look after the administrative side of things. Most of the day, we are out checking on the plants or dealing with whatever problem the weather has thrown at us. Dongargaon is a small place, so news travels fast and everyone knows what we are trying to do for the village. We don't make big promises or use complicated words to describe our work. We just want to make sure that when we sell what we grow, we aren't getting a bad deal at the market. It takes a lot of patience to deal with all the rules and regulations, but we manage somehow. People stop by to chat about the soil or the rain. It’s a practical way to handle our business without making it too corporate or fancy. We are just trying to keep the farms running and the families fed, same as it has always been for us here.
