At Aryankb Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited, we operate out of Laxman Khandu's place in Mardi, which is in the Ambad taluka of Jalna. Being out here in Maharashtra, we see how much effort goes into every single harvest. This company was formed to give the farmers in our area a bit more of a say in how things go. We aren't big-city people with suits; we are just folks from Mardi and the surrounding spots who know how to farm. The office is really just a part of the home setup, making it easy for neighbors to drop by and talk about the crops or the weather. We do our best to help each other with whatever is needed, whether it's getting better seeds or figuring out the logistics of moving the harvest to the market in Ambad. It’s not a polished operation, and we probably make some mistakes here and there with the administrative side of things, but the heart is in the right place. We like seeing our community do well. Every day is a bit different depending on the time of year. Sometimes it's very quiet, and other times everyone is rushing around trying to get things sorted before the rain hits. We aren't trying to sell you a dream. We just want to do honest work and make sure the people growing the food are looked after. It’s a practical way to manage our farming lives together without any of the corporate talk.
