We are situated at House Number 463 in Sutar Galli, which is in Partur, down in the Jalna district. It’s a narrow street, and our place is right in the middle of it. We spend our time working on crop care, which basically means we deal with things that help plants grow better or stay healthy. The office is small and tucked away in a residential-looking building. It’s very much a local operation. We don’t have a big storefront with lights. Usually, the door is open and you can see us working at our desks. Sutar Galli is a lively place with lots of neighbors and kids playing outside. We like it here because it feels like home. Our work involves a lot of talking to local growers about what their fields need. Sometimes it is about pests, other times it is about the soil. We aren't scientists in white coats; we are just people who have learned a lot about farming over the years. We keep a few samples on the shelves and a lot of notebooks filled with observations. It’s a slow and steady kind of business. We don’t try to impress anyone with big words or fancy offices. We just want to do a decent job for the farmers in Partur. If someone has a question about their crops, they just walk in and ask. It is that simple for us. No big fuss.
