Agrodeep Producer Company Limited is located right on the Jalna Road at Gat No. 330 in Viregaonjalna. It’s a busy spot because of all the trucks and cars heading into Jalna, but it makes it easy for us to move our stuff. We chose this spot because it's practical. We spend most of our time out in the fields, but we needed a central place to meet and keep our records. The company isn't some big operation with a hundred employees. It’s just us, the local farmers who live around here. We got tired of the old way of doing things where you never knew how much money you’d actually make at the end of the season. By coming together as a producer company, we have a bit more say in what happens. We talk about the weather a lot, probably too much, but that’s just how it is when your life depends on it. The office is simple, just a place to sit and think. We don't have any shiny brochures or fancy websites. We just know each other and we know the land. If someone has a problem with their crop, we all try to help out. It's just how things are done in Viregaonjalna. We are just trying to make a decent living without too much fuss or complicated rules. It works for us.
