Vital Luggage & Travelware is located at 845- A in Frontier Colony, which is part of Adarsh Nagar. We’re in a bit of a quieter area compared to the main markets. The shop is filled with travel gear, mostly suitcases and some of those smaller bags people take on planes. We keep the inventory stacked up along the walls. Since we are in Frontier Colony, many of our customers are people who live nearby and are planning a holiday. We don't have any flashy signs or loud music playing. It’s just a regular shop where you can walk in and look at bags. We’ve got different types, some for long trips and some for just a weekend. It’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day work, like dusting the shelves and talking to customers. We don't use much in the way of marketing. People usually find us because they live in Adarsh Nagar and saw our name. Sometimes we help people pick out a bag if they aren't sure what size they need for their luggage allowance. The shop is kept clean, but it’s definitely a working space with boxes in the corners. We've been here for some time now and like the neighborhood. It’s a steady kind of business. We don't try to rush people; they can take their time looking at the zippers and the wheels. It’s just how we run things here.
